Integrative Psychotherapy

Holotropic Breathwork

Breathwork is a guided practice that combines rhythmic diaphragmatic breathing with mindful awareness of the body and sensation. It helps release stored mental, emotional, and physical tension—opening the door to healing and insight on multiple levels. Psychologically, breathwork can support the release of tension or trauma from the subconscious mind. Physiologically, it stimulates the vagus nerve, activating the parasympathetic nervous system and promoting a state of calm and regulation. Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

During ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) sessions, I support with preparation, guidance during, and integration after working with this medicine. I am currently offering 2 types of KAP:
Low-dose treatment in my office (oral), High-dose treatment (IV) in a clinic setting. I am partnered with medical providers who safely screen for, administer and monitor Ketamine use for mental health. I do not personally provide or administer any psychoactive or controlled substances. If you have questions about whether this treatment may be right for you, please reach out for a consultation.
Preparation & Integration

Preparation and integration support individuals engaging in healing work with psychedelic medicines. These sessions are designed to help you get the most from your experience—before, during, and after your journey.
During preparation, we’ll explore your motivations, intentions, expectations, and any concerns or questions you may have. I’ll offer guidance to help you enter your experience with greater clarity and confidence. You’ll also learn practical tools and skills to support you throughout the process.

Conscious integration is where true transformation unfolds. These sessions provide a supportive space to process your experience, explore insights, navigate any ambiguity or difficulty, and translate what you’ve learned into your daily life. I also offer suggestions for therapeutic and reflective practices to help support your ongoing integration outside of therapy. These sessions help you to create meaning and embody your growth after doing deep inner work.
Spiritual Counseling

Spiritual Counseling is a space for those seeking to explore, deepen, or reconnect with their personal spirituality. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, healing through grief or trauma, or simply longing for greater meaning, this work can help you discover the beliefs and practices that support your well-being.

Defining and connecting to your personal spirituality can be one of the most powerful aspects of healing and recovery. Together, we’ll focus on developing your spiritual identity, awareness, and growth. I welcome all beliefs, practices and traditions that feel authentic to you.
